Marking of the building on the plot
A qualified surveyor carries out the marking of the building in the GIS system, submits the act of marking the axes of the building. The coordinates and heights of the branch points of engineering networks are marked. We present a plan for the layout of the foundation and utility network outlets.
Installation of engineering network outlets
According to the layout plan of the base and utility network branches, utility network stands are installed in the specified places, according to the specified heights. If there are no engineering networks in the area or they will be built later, the indicated outlets are installed outside the building foundation at a distance of about 1-2 m. Later, they can be connected to centralized networks.
Preparation of the base
According to the layout plan for the foundation and engineering networks, a foundation of sand/gravel and dolomite crushed stone is installed according to the indicated heights. The base is compacted to the required response. A 7-8 cm thick concrete site, reinforced with a reinforcing mesh, is being concreted.
